Great central location right in the heart of the town. The hotel had a charming design with a beautiful courtyard and a rooftop balcony that offered stunning views of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful, especially the manager who spoke good English and was always willing to assist with any inquiries. The hotel also had parking available in the center, which was convenient for those traveling by car.
The food at the hotel was a letdown. Both breakfast and dinner lacked variety and flavor.

Location very close to arret de et taxi bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away. Incredible base for a vacation in Remedios.

The hotel had a unique and charming design, with rooms built around a courtyard. Although the rooms didn't have windows, the louvre hatches provided a cool and comfortable atmosphere. the hotel also had an amazing sun terrace where guests could relax and enjoy the view. the location was perfect, right near the main square and the famous church with the golden altar.
The food at the hotel was nothing special, typical of state-owned hotels in Cuba. the breakfast was basic and could be improved.

This hotel is located in the heart of the town, with easy access out to the square, to the large church which is the main attraction. the staff are professional, friendly and courteous. the rooms are fairly large, with consistent water supply and comfortable beds. Some reviews mentioned the facilities were good, and the AC worked well in the rooms.
According to some reviews, the food could be better and was fairly basic.
